**Job description**:
Management of processing of supplier invoices, payments and supervise Accounts Payable Staff

**Responsibilities include**:

- Processing supplier invoices in accordance with established procedures, including self-bill and direct debit
- Coordinating and leading Accounts Payable Obeya / Governance
- Processing supplier payments and grief resolution
- Supplier statement reconciliation and grief resolution
- Reporting metrics and KPIs to track performance targets
- Compliance - keep procedures and standard work current and ensure adherence to process within Payable team and across the business
- Lead process improvements
- Adhoc tasks include: Debit notes, GRNI / GINR reconciliation and cleardown
- Recruitment, supervising Accounts Payable staff, providing coaching and technical guidance

**Skills and experience**:

- Accounts Payable experience
- Previous Payable supervisory experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Managing multiple priorities
- Relationship management with suppliers, staff, various business teams and support services (such as IT and Treasury)
