It is an intense and exciting time to join us, as we support our organisation across both general staffing and medical staffing, in ensuring that we have the right people in the organisation to help us with the pressures that winter brings, including our ongoing response to COVID. In the context of national shortages for many roles, the need for an excellent recruiter is more important now than ever before, to ensure that we attract the right people and get them started and settled as quickly as possible, without compromising safety or standards.

Ideally you will have some recruitment/resourcing experience and have knowledge of our recruitment system, TRAC, or a similar system, you'll be familiar with recruitment processes and best practice in this area. You will have great customer service skills, with a passion to providing both managers and applicants a great recruitment experience

- The Lister Hospital, Stevenage
- New Queen Elizabeth II (New QEII), Welwyn Garden City
- Hertford County, Hertford
- Mount Vernon Cancer Centre (MVCC), Northwood

Main role requirements are below but for the full details please refer to attached a person specification.

With some experience in HR administration, ideally with CIPD qualification or willingness to study towards it, you’ll have outstanding customer service and administration/IT skills to ensure that our customers receive outstanding service from us, whoever they are.

Knowledge of using an applicant tracking system, ideally TRAC, would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.

What is more important is your enthusiasm, time management and attention to detail. Lastly, but just as vital, we want someone who shares our Trust values and our passion in what we do
