**Morrison Energy Division **is currently looking to recruit **a Environment and Social Governance (ESG) Advisor** to work within our SHEQ Department. The work location will be home based with some UK travel.

As the **ESG Advisor** you will be part of our **Environment Team **who are responsible for maintaining compliance to Group Policies.

**The Environment Team is part of the Morrison Energy Division SHEQ Department who support both the Energy Retail and Infrastructure sections of the division.**

**As the **ESG Advisor **your duties & responsibilities will be**:

- Ensuring each Company within the Division has a system in place to monitor and verify carbon emissions.
- Ensuring each Company within the Division have an established, implemented and maintained Carbon Reduction Plan.
- As in the process of carbon emissions verification as required.
- Monitor the quantity of renewable energy purchased by the Division.
- Liaison with the Human Resources department to monitor and report on progress on social engagement such as work with charities, schools as well as the Health and well-being of the workforce.
- Report progress on Training and Development of employees within the Division.
- Support the production of the annual ESG report to MGroup.
- Liaise with M Group Services ESG on mandatory disclosure elements (SECR, TCFD) and new and emerging ESG indicators.
- Engage where needed with cross company Best Practice and Innovation Forums to develop and learn and share practices deployed within the Energy division.
- Providing Bid support when required

- Confidently, builds networks and works effectively with people of all levels from different backgrounds and cultures.
- Knowledge of the Management of Sustainability
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Construction Industry
- Good communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Good basic IT skills including Word and Excel are essential.
- Good verbal communication and report writing skills are essential
- NEBOSH Certificate in Environmental Management
