**Job Description**:
In order to support our strong growth, we are looking for a motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist, curious and able to integrate quickly to join the "Billing and Accounts Receivable" team within the Finance Department of Mangopay S.A.

Reporting to the Senior Accounts Receivables Specialist, the Account Receivables Officer will be responsible for:

- Follow-up and maintenance of the operational process of debt collection:

- Identify unpaid bills, issue follow-ups, track payments and ensure that deadlines are met by customers.
- Ensure that the lettering of payments provided in the accounting report is correct in order to optimize the quality of collection.
- Proactively handle customer requests located throughout Europe (France, UK, Germany, etc.). Both french and english will be mandatory for this role
- Process internal requests (Mangopay teams) in order to monitor and maintain the division's operational process within a global and corporate service strategy.
- Develop, monitor and implement key activity KPIs

- You master the tools of the MS Office package, in particular Excel.
- You have a very good level in **French and English**, both orally and in writing, any other language spoken is an asset.
