A dynamic global company specializing in both business and leisure travel pride themselves on providing outstanding service to their clients. As a Sales Support Assistant you will support the leisure team in all administrative elements of the booking process.
**Sales Support Assistant - Role and Responsibilities**
- Ensure all travel plans have been booked accurately
- Check invoices and reconcile client and supplier payments
- Issue booking confirmations and all supporting documents
- Respond to client queries pre and post departure
- Overall support to the team as required
- Load bookings onto the post booking system
**Sales Support Assistant - Skills and Experience Required**
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Minimum of 1 year working in the travel industry
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for travel
**Sales Support Assistant - Additional Information**
- Salary £20,000 - £21,000
- Knowledge of a GDS is desirable but not essential
- Onsite gym
