**About The Role**:

As Day Surgery Activity Scheduler you will be responsible for sourcing and adding the sessions required across specialities for both Outpatients and Theatres. Directly lead a team ensuring they are adhering to the 18-week/6-week Government targets, SMTCs Access Policy and any other KPI’s required of the Centre. To deputise for the Patient Service Manager in times of absence.

It requires good organisation of all monthly sessions for both Theatre and Outpatients-providing comprehensive templates for all staff. you will liaise with all Chamber groups, Employed and Self-Employed Clinicians as well as communicating directly with clinicians to confirm availability and finalise plans, ensuring a clear communication trail is in place. Seek additional sessions from clinicians to support demand.
