TheContinuous Improvement and Strategy Lead role is based within our Defence Training business area.

**The role**

**The difference our new Continuous Improvement and Strategy Lead will make**As a Continuous Improvement and Strategy Lead you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll play a fundamental role to improving Trainee, Trainer & staff experience and working life within HMP Sultan. Small changes lead to bigger changes.

Day to day, you'll be responsible for ensuring the projects and change activities deliver their intended outcomes on behalf of the Contract Director (HMS Sultan), looking at the long-term strategy and how we can support and implement across EMTC and conductingin depth analysis on departmental outputs.

You'll be responsible for leading and managing the continuous improvement statement of requirement for EMTC alongside the pan site team, working with the Programme and Performance Team, responsible for the development and implementation of continuous improvementand major projects to enhance operational performance and data gathering with operational leads for both bid teams and performance improvement.

**Essential experience**:

- Experience dealing with challenges and overcoming obstacles
- Demonstratable experience of successfully delivering change
- Experience of managing complex groups of stakeholders
- Demonstratable experience of successfully delivering communication plans
- Understanding of performance measurement, business analysis and data analysis methods
- You must hold or have the ability to obtain SC security clearance
