The Vertical Lift Supplier Management and Procurement team has an exciting position within our Aircraft support team as "Aircraft Parts And Services Procurement Agent."

This is an individual contributor position in a growing global organization. The individual will partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to expand our service delivery model while ensuring service delivery excellence to all business partners.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Negotiating contracts for products, services and technologies.
- Engaging stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies. Negotiating pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Preparing and executing negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements. Optimizing execution of the supply chain balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand.
- Managing supplier/subcontractor performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.
- Mitigating risks, issues and opportunities. Initiating supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.
- Preparing and executing proprietary information agreements.
- Supporting sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
- Communicating performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
- Managing Boeing Drawings and Engineering data in order aid suppliers for manufacture.

**Basic Qualifications** (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Must have had a continuous or combined break in employment lasting at least 12 months.
- Strong and Effective Communication
- Customer Focus
- Analytical Skills & tool development for sustainability initiatives
- High attention to detail and consistent track record to lead multiple, contending priorities simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Engineering background preferred and/or knowledge of estimating, technical drawing understanding.
- CIPS Accreditation
