The Opportunity
As one of Adobe’s most strategically important business units, our DX Industry Sales Specialists focus on driving and supporting expansion within our largest customers. With expansion front of mind, the team is evolving to support our exciting UKI growth aspirations. So we've crafted a brand-new director level role, for a people-centric leader to join our Adobe team. We want this person to be a positive force; to lead with passion and heart; building a culture where collaboration is valued; and anything feels possible

What you'll Do
Build and lead an impactful team of specialist sales managers and product specialists, with a meaningful focus on DE&I. Your inclusive sales culture will facilitate psychological safety, cultivate innovation and nurture personal/professional growth. You will support your team to evolve into true solution sellers, always striving for operational excellence through improved sales process.

Generate net new revenue through developing and delivering sales strategies; aligning your sales counterparts for an integrated DX (and DMe) value approach.

Drive marketing and PR activities, to include the building of usage cases and value metrics per vertical and segment: The goal to facilitate consistency for balanced and profitable growth.

Be an expert SaaS Leader in a sophisticated, matrix environment with a proven track record of having delivered phenomenal results.

Have a strategic mentality and hands on capability to both set and deliver your own strategic direction, whilst remaining visible to lead positive change.

Have experience with cultural change management and development - building diverse, high performing teams, passionate about adding customer value at every opportunity.

Be capable of leading a team re-brand and refresh, for renewed purpose and focus, to facilitate collaboration for amazing customer experience and sales results.

A passion for people and a demonstrated curiosity about and involvement in employee network groups and initiatives, to develop our DE&I objectives.
