**The Role**:
The Operations Executive is responsible for undertaking all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office and the business. They will undertake all administrative duties associated with online orders, they will undertake basic accounts administration. They will minute meetings, undertake reports and assist the Operations Manager and Director with any other duties required.
**Responsibilities**
In a small company like Bridgehead each person is expected to support each other. However, the specific tasks that the Operations Executive will be expected to undertake include the following:
- Support Operations Manager with administration associated with the processing of orders through online retailers
- Keep stock levels up to date
- Update invoices with correct information ready for processing
- Minute internal and external meetings;
- Keep “sales out” reports up to date
- Support team with any general administrative tasks
- Strive for operational Excellence for all our customers
- Support the testing and implementation of new stock management and order processing systems
- Be innovative and work with the operations manager to provide up to date information and reports to the sales team
**Hours and Environment**
The full time working hours will be a minimum of 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 0830 - 1600 Friday inclusive, mixture of home and office based, possibility of the role being part time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
