**Overview**

Collegiate UK has a great opportunity for a newly created role to join the growing sales team, this is a varied and exciting role that uses effective sales techniques to promote Collegiate UK referral agent partners across the UK portfolio.

The agent relationship executive is responsible for supporting Collegiate UK’s sales, revenue, and occupancy objectives by delivering activities related to the referral agent partners. These include budget monitoring, booking reconciliation, and relationship development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to Collegiate UK’s overall sales success by supporting referral agents in achieving their targets.
- Provide insight and feedback to the wider business on student trends.
- Work closely with Collegiate UK’s referral agent partners and assist in the development of strategic relationships.
- Attend events and conferences and network with key partners.
- Provide training for referral agents to enable our partners successfully promote Collegiate UK properties to prospective students.
- Assist in the drafting of referral agent budget and monitor throughout the sales cycle on performance.
- Conduct regular communications with existing and potential partners ensuring correct positioning of Collegiate UK.
- Deliver reconciliation activities and provide financial administration support.
- Undertake general administration duties such as processing bookings and contracts.
- Support with all sales and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Meet and exceed occupancy and revenue targets for properties across the portfolio.

**Experience & Skills**
- Sales and marketing experience in a similar accommodation, hospitality, or educational environment.
- Experience in working in managing liaisons with referral-type businesses.
- Ability to maintain and develop win-win relationships.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise projects.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Culturally aware and knowledgeable of student demands.
- Additional language skills are desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wantage
