**Salary £27,056 (£10.81) to £30,062 (£12.04) **offered to experienced Level 3 qualified staff.
- Full-time.
- 2-week rolling rota (3 days off week 1, 4 days off week 2) 48 hours per week average.

We are expanding and have an incredible opportunity for qualified and unqualified **Residential Support Workers** at our existing and brand-new home.

Our Place Group is an independent group of children’s residential homes and an independent specialist school based in the village of Bransford, Worcester, supporting young people on the Autistic Spectrum and other learning disabilities.

Your role will involve supporting our young people in the home day to day alongside our team to ensure they can reach their full potential and life goals with a helping hand.

All our young people attend school and college which creates opportunity for training/development/paperwork/household duties.
