Job Title : Residential Support Worker

Location : Malvern

Salary : £29796 which includes sleep in allowance

On behalf of a Worcestershire based Children’s Residential Provider, we are recruiting a Residential Support Worker for a Children's Residential home situated in Malvern. Our client consistently provides the highest standards of care for children and young people with complex behavioural needs. They achieve this through an ethos of high aspiration, placement stability from their ‘team around the child’ approach, and inspiring environment.
- Previous experience in a children's residential home
- Experience of an OFSTED inspection resulting in Good or above
- Knowledge of the children Act 1989 and Quality Care Standards
- Knowledge of previous and new updated OFSTED Regulations
- Full, clean driving License

You will possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be highly organised and able to remain calm under pressure with a real passion to make a difference to the lives of the children and young people in your care.
