Gtm Specialist, Application Integration

5+ years of cloud, technical, or digital business development experience. - Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years equivalent professional experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills. - Demonstrated effectiveness working across multiple business units to achieve results. - Experience working with customers (particularly enterprise) who are deploying cloud solutions. - Effective presentation, sales, and negotiation skills; ability to close high value and high profile deals. - Strong business judgement and the demonstrated ability to think and act both strategically and tactically. - Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to juggle many tasks in parallel without lowering your quality bar. - Ownership and bias for action; ability to internalize goals and work independently to create appropriate action plans for those goals. - Comfort working with a broad range of technology tools including Excel, Word, and Salesforce. - Ability to travel, including out of state, up to 35% of the time.

The AWS Worldwide Specialist Organization provides product and market expertise and drives go-to-market (GTM) strategy for AWS.
Position Overview
This role is responsible for GTM strategy and growing the adoption of a portfolio of Workflow services including: AWS Step Functions and Amazon Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow (MWAA). As part of the Application Integration GTM team, you will help customers build modern, event-driven architectures on AWS.
As a part of this team, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of the how customers are building and deploying cloud-native workloads and further establish Amazon as the leader in the cloud computing space. You will work directly with the most interesting and demanding customers - leaders in their respective fields - earning trust to understand customers’ requirements and turn them into reality. You will also demonstrate Customer Obsession, representing the voice of the customer as you work with product teams across AWS to evolve AWS services.

Key job responsibilities
2. Incubate and launch new services or features. As we launch new services and features, be a part of the core team that works with the initial customers to ensure we have strong references at launch. Drive a plan to ensure sales and partner readiness. Understand the technical requirements of our customers and work closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of our product offerings.
3. Work with customers building on the cutting edge. Build a strong pipeline of customers who are working in key areas of the market or building new and interesting solutions.
4. Strategic business development. Focus on complex deals and develop long-term strategic partnerships in support of our key markets.
