Co-curricular and inclusive approaches to developing innovation skills through
challenge-led opportunities linked to the United Nations Sustainable
Development Goals (UNSDGs) and local economic, social, and cultural
development priorities are piloted and scaled.

Discipline and practice focused student-led knowledge exchange initiatives
that utilise diversity are initiated, supported, grown, and evaluated.

Creative encounters between staff, students and/or external organisations
undertaking projects in need of additional inspiration or alternative solutions
and support connections are effectively facilitated.

**Key Responsibilities**
**and Accountabilities**:
Provide a key contribution to the development of the Entrepreneurial
Development Team, and give expert advice to CfGP colleagues, Students’
Union, and academic stakeholders on the development of student innovation
skills, professional practices, and knowledge exchange initiatives, diagnosing
and delivering appropriate support needs.

Lead on the development, delivery and evaluation of multi-stakeholder co
- curricular innovation challenges linking to UNSDGs and local economic, social,
and cultural development priorities.

Act as project manager for the initiation, promotion, and ongoing
development of student-led knowledge exchange initiatives, including the
coordination of multi-stakeholder and diverse project and delivery teams, and
the management of any associated budgets.

Research, design and produce creative and effective innovation and
knowledge exchange learning experiences and materials in partnership with
academic and CfGP colleagues.

Design and deliver professional development training for students, academic
staff and CfGP colleagues linked to the co-curricular development of student
- led knowledge exchange and innovation.

Participate in and contribute to relevant local and national innovation and
knowledge exchange networks on behalf of the CfGP.

Influence the development of a CfGP culture that demonstrates its values and
guiding principles and those of the University.

Produce reports for CfGP senior management and other senior stakeholders
across the University, that use quantitative and qualitative data to illustrate
progress against the Centre’s strategic aims in relevant areas.

Perform other such duties as the Entrepreneurial Development Manager may
from time to time require, deputising as appropriate.

and travel nationally and internationally when required.

**Qualifications and Professional Memberships**

**Essential**:
First degree or significant equivalent experience.

**Desirable**:
Postgraduate or professional qualification in personal development, technical

or social innovation and/or knowledge exchange.
Fellowship of Enterprise Educators UK (FEEUK) and/or Membership of

PraxisAuril.

**Knowledge and Experience**

**Essential**:
Proven knowledge and experience of developing innovation skills and

facilitating knowledge exchange.
Demonstrable experience of designing and delivering learning experiences and

materials to a high standard and for diverse audiences.
Knowledge and experience of managing part-time student staff and/or

volunteers.
Ability to successfully develop and manage multi-stakeholder projects and

associated resources.
Experience of developing and deploying effective consultancy, auditing and

evaluation approaches.
Evidence of involvement in regional and/or national networks supporting the

development of innovation skills and knowledge exchange in education.
Ability to think strategically a well as provide advice and support on immediate

operational issues.
Evidence of an enterprising and continuous improvement mindset, always

seeking opportunities to understand personal impact and improve practices.
Able to work collaboratively across a range of teams and groups of

stakeholders, taking the lead when necessary.
Experience of influencing through compelling written and engaging oral

communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver accurate work

to time, within periods of competing priorities and to high levels of customer
satisfaction.

**Desirable**:
