We are currently looking for an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join our clients, an established investment Management group in the Norwich area. This job role will be to provide administrative support to the adviser team to ensure that relationshipswith clients can be optimised and assist with the daily operation of the office. To also support the adviser team with informing and advising clients on financial strategies, plans and products, and organise the technical task, illustrations, and reports.

**Working hours**:
As a Senior IFA Administrator, you’ll be required to work Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm. This is a Hybrid role allowing you to work from home 1-2 days a week.

**The successful Senior IFA Administrator will be offered**:

- £25,000-£30,000 Basic salary depending on experience.
- 29 days holiday

**To be considered for the Senior IFA Administrator role you must have**:

- A good all-round knowledge of Financial Products and Services
- Relevant qualifications such as the Level 4 Diploma or progress towards it would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent face-to-face and telephone client interaction skills and ability to build rapport swiftly.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Broad experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Good organisation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

**As a Senior IFA Administrator, your role will involve**:

- Provide high-level technical and administrative support to the Practice.
- Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication.
- Be the point of escalation for complex client queries, liaising with the respective financial advice as appropriate.
- Deliver, promote and enhance the business’s client-facing strategy and one-to-one interactions with its clients to ensure all clients of Norfolk Wealth Management receive a standout client experience.
- Prepare files including compliance required documentation; research; illustrations and supporting documentation.
- Fully analyse clients’ requirements, develop cash flow models and accurately record client data.
