**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Cardiff. We are looking for a friendly, flexible and person-centred individual with great attention to detail and an excellent team player to join the team and support the running of the clinic.

**Job specification**:
The job will take the important role of representing the clinic as the first point of physical contact. Ensuring patients are comfortably greeted and liaise between all on site departments to satisfy our patient’s needs.

You will need to ensure the clinic runs smoothly, appointments are kept to time, payments are captured and consumables/stock is managed. As you become more confident with our treatment options, you will be able to talk through costs with patients.

You will support the Drs with their letter dictation uploading and the nurses with required patients on internal systems, for which full training will be provided. You will be required to work weekends and occasional travel to other clinics on a rota basis.

**Person specification**:

- The applicant should have at least 2 years of customer service/billing experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, and know how to prioritise daily activities, while following the established protocols and procedures.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.

**Knowledge/Skills/Experience**:

- Demonstrated knowledge of Customer Experience related work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to procedures and protocols.
- Basic scientific principles in reproductive medicine and biology is an advantage

**Qualifications**:

- Medical Administrator: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales and Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
