CyberArk HR EMEA team is seeking a new colleague to cover 12 months maternity leave in a role of HR Ops Coordinator. The role will be responsible for a variety of HR operations and admin tasks including ongoing maintenance of our HR systems and precise documentation processes for our employees. The role plays an important role in ensuring smooth and efficient onboarding process for our teams across EMEA. The role holder will be working closely within the wider HR Ops team in a fast paced and high touch environment. As well as expected to provide hands-on support to the HR Business Partners and work closely with our global HR teams to support HR projects, programs and processes in the region.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage onboarding process of EMEA new hires, starting with handover from TA team to ensuring all is ready for new hire Day 1. It also includes full processing of new hire information in the HRIS and right to work checks;
- Be the main point of contact for EMEA for all HRIS (SuccessFactors) changes and updates requests, including full maintenance of employees’ electronic file records whilst ensuring data integrity;
- Administer HR-related documentation to employees in a timely and effective manner;
- Daily management of HR Operation inbox to respond and resolve queries from HR Business Partners, other internal departments, vendors and suppliers, ensuring queries are referred to relevant colleagues (where required)
- Assist HR team and employees with ad-hoc queries relating to benefits provision, life events, annual leave, etc.;
- Manage all sensitive data with strict confidentiality, care and in a compliant manner;
- Maintain HR related data in an organized and methodological manner;
- Ensure all relevant HR policies and guidance are updated and maintained in the HR Hub portal;
- Assist in running ad-hoc reports to support the business requests, run periodic dashboards and quarterly reports to assist with data analytics;
- Collaborate with various supporting departments
- IT, Payroll, Office Management as part of HR operations processes and tasks;
- Support on other HR operational work as required as part of a lean team

**Job Requirements**
- Human resources experience, preferably in operational/coordination role
- Experience with an HRIS
- Excel proficiency and familiarity with vLookups, pivot tables, etc.
