Working as a part of the Quaker Church Affairs department, you will also link to the work of other departments in the organisation.

If this sounds like you, you could play an important role in the Quaker Church Affairs team where we are seeking three Coordinators to support our work in the following areas:
**Committees Coordinator (fixed term for 18 months)**: Ensuring that the organisation’s committees are planned and delivered effectively and providing direct support to several committees. You will be part of the Governance, Planning and Projects team, which supports effective governance through working towards simple, sustainable and more inclusive structures and practices.

**Coordinator for Senior Managers (permanent)**:Coordinating the work of the senior management team, including logistics, project management and reporting from staff to the senior management team. You will support good communication, organisation and project work across the work of the senior team. You will line manage an administrator to ensure the team receives excellent secretarial support.

**Events & Integration Coordinator (fixed term for 24 months)**:Delivering a range of events, including responsibility for our standing representative body, supporting the delivery of events by other departments and supporting the delivery of our annual business meeting. You will line manage an administrator to ensure the team receives excellent secretarial support. The post involves some work with vulnerable adults and requires an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.

**Please note that we are running a combined recruitment process for the three roles available in QCA.**

**Salary**
- £37,747 per annum (London scale; combination of home and office)
- £32,087 per annum (regional scale; will require regular travel to our London office)
