**Company Overview**

Cobalt is delighted to be supporting a prestigious FTSE 100 commercial landlord, who is currently seeking a Service Desk Lead to join their ever-growing Tech team.

They are seeking somebody who is highly motivated, thinks strategically and pragmatically, works to the highest standards and who can work independently as well as part of the wider team.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Build a relationship between Business Partners and the IT Department relative to requirements, solutions, and priorities
- Maintain a high-performance service supporting the wider needs of the business from a technology standpoint
- Create and manage the central technology asset registers, CMDB, and knowledge management databases.
- Champion Service and Support in projects: developing a strong understanding of projects impacting your area; ensuring proper transition to support
- Provide regular and accurate management reporting on Service performance
- Manage and monitor specific third-party suppliers who contribute to the service delivery model and ensure SLAs are met

**Role Requirements**
- Experience as a service management professional, ideally with ITIL or similar qualifications
- Have previous experience in a managerial or team lead position
- Experience supporting a business and a good track record resolving incidents.
- Professional Services experience would be advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills
