We have an exciting new opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our firm.

**About the role**:
You will be a key member of our Legal team. You will assist in the day-to-day functions of our team.

**Your day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Reception duties
- Telephone handling
- Dealing with administrative tasks on the Case Management System including, but not limited to, opening files, closing files, dictations, logging calls and attendance
- Booking appointments and updating the Office Calendar
- Legal and informational research
- Drafting letters to third parties
- Assisting Senior Solicitors with their case load and any other work they may require to be done to assist them with their work.
- Organise case files
- Social media and marketing support
- Assist with content writing for the Website
- Assist with creating Social Media posts
- Accounting support
- Stock purchase
- General administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

- You should have a strong work ethic

**About you**:
Prior experience in a familiar role is desirable but not essential. Legal experience is also desirable but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
