Our aim is to provide excellent and high quality service that combines the personal care of a traditional family GP.
**We are looking to recruit an EXPERIENCED part-time receptionist/administrator to join our friendly GP practice.**
**Job description**:
- **Delivering a first class service to our patients and making appointments both face to face and by telephone. Assisting and directing patients to the appropriate service or health care professional, in a courteous, effective way.**
- **Responding to queries in accordance with practice procedures and undertaking administrative support to the GPs, Nurses and HCAs.**
- **To undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice, including the provision of secretarial and clerical support to the clinical staff and other members of the practice team.**
- **Preferred experience using Systm One**
- **You will also need to have**
- **. Previous reception/admin experience.**
- **. Excellent customer service skills.**
- **. Experience of using IT systems.**
- **. Good inter-personal skills.**
- **. Good Telephone manner**
**Able to work under pressure and must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills, and multi-tasking.**
**Confidentiality is key to this role.**
**To be flexible for holiday cover if and when necessary.**
