**THE ROLE - JUNIOR CONCIERGE**

The Junior Concierge plays a pivotal role within the Concierge Team here at NoMad London. As a Junior Concierge, you will assist in providing exceptional personalised service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Your responsibilities include managing concierge desk operations, handling guest inquiries, overseeing lobby activities, and coordinating porter duties. This role requires a keen attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for delivering unparalleled hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Services and Assistance**:

- Assist guests with various inquiries, including car bookings, restaurant reservations, theatre tickets, and other concierge-related services.
- Greet and bid farewell to guests warmly, creating and maintaining exceptional guest relations at all times.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby and ensure the smooth operation of the concierge desk.
- Safely and securely handle guest luggage storage and retrieval.
- Hail taxis as required and provide accurate directions to guests.
- Cover Bell Person shifts where required.
- Cover the night shifts when required.

**Knowledge and Information**:

- Stay updated on local trends and attractions to provide guests with relevant recommendations and information.
- Familiarise guests with hotel facilities and amenities to enhance their experience.
- Conduct show-rounds of the hotel when necessary, showcasing its unique features and offerings.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Keep the concierge desk clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service requests.
- Attend training sessions and courses to continually enhance skills and knowledge.

**Guest Relations**:

- Create memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional service and anticipating guest needs.
- Utilise direct contact opportunities to promote the hotel and its services effectively.
