Your responsibilities will include:


  • Greet guests or
    residents warmly, addressing their needs and inquiries with a professional
    and friendly demeanor.
  • Provide accurate
    information about the Hotel’s amenities, services, and policies.
  • Assist with
    restaurant reservations, transportation bookings, entertainment tickets,
    and other guest requests.
  • Assist in managing
    the Concierge desk, answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a
    timely manner.
  • Address guest
    concerns and issues promptly, working to find appropriate solutions or
    escalating to senior Concierge staff if required.
  • Build positive
    relationships with guests, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed
    about local events, restaurants, attractions, and trends to provide
    up-to-date recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate
    records of guest interactions, requests, and preferences.
  • Cover the night concierge when on annual leave.
    Role will includes approximately 10 weeks of night shifts a year.

    24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
