As our clients Office Manager you will directly support the Chief Financial Officer with a rapidly expanding business model. Additionally, stakeholder management around the C-suite and other senior managers is also crucial.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Line management of office receptionist.
- Accountable for reward & recognition, including payroll information submissions.
- Ownership and super-user of the company’s online HR systems, plus administering all HR documentation for new starters, leavers, and changes of contracts.
- Developing robust HR reporting as the business develops and using data to drive decisions.
- Welcoming new employees through the induction process, including organising new starter IT equipment, cars, and documentation.
- Developing a robust training and development programme across all departments.
- Being responsible for office facilities managed by the receptionist, including health & safety checklists, security & alarms, fire wardens, first-aiders and general maintenance / repairs.

**Key Personal Skills/Knowledge**:

- An excellent communicator across all levels of the business and a proven record of establishing collaborative relationships with different departments.
- Confident and a self-starter; happy to work in a small-team and show flexibility.
- A drive for results and consistent delivery; seeks solutions and owns outcomes.

**Work Experience and Qualifications**:

- A clear appreciation of HR function administration, payroll and benefits.
- Experience in basic office management.
