An established Wirral based law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team. This is a hybrid role with a split of office and home working.

**The Role**:

- You will be assisting with a caseload of Conveyancing matters to include Freehold and Leasehold properties including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and equity release.
- You will also be assisting members of the wider team.
- You will be able to work independently and will be IT proficient.
- You will be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Supervision and training will be available.
- Previous office experience
- You will have reasonable knowledge of Conveyancing processes and procedures

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Salary is in the region of £19,000 - £24,000, depending on experience together with additional benefits.
