The Role: As a Senior Conveyancer with our firm, you will:

• Extensive knowledge and experience of dealing with all aspects of Conveyancer level
• Head up a Team of 3, working with and supervising a Conveyancer and Conveyancing Assistant
• Responsible for all location of work within the Team
• Responsibility for all files opened under their name, for completions and achieving financial target set for the year
• Responsible for development and progression of the Conveyancer and Conveyancing Assistant
• Awareness and involvement of business development
• Identify training needs within the Team
