**Job Summary**

Promote a positive Quality Culture

Develop our QMS to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, BS 3632:2015, and company policies.

The purpose of this role is to support the Quality Manager with the day-to-day administration of the QMS.

**Accountabilities**
- Provide administrative support on results from Gemba Walks (Process Confirmation Walks), Internal and Supplier Audits;
- Facilitate the tracking of document reviews;
- Manage the implementation, development, and improvement of the Quality Management System;
- Ensure all quality related records are systematically managed, to comply with ISO 9001:2015 and company process requirements.;
- Support the Quality Team with their daily activities and off-site planning.
- Interact with all departments with the business to ensure compliance is maintained.

**Health & Safety**
- Ensure safe working practices are maintained and current legislation adhered to
- Comply with all company health & safety related policies and procedures
- Maintain good housekeeping standards and support improvement where necessary

**Diversity & Inclusion**
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with the company equality and diversity policy.

**Qualifications**

**Experience and Knowledge**

3 years in a Quality Administration role, as part of an established Quality Department.

Demonstrate support in QMS / SOP improvements

5 years in a Quality Administration role, as part of an established Quality Department, ideally in a manufacturing sector.

Supporting external third-party audits.

Advance level of IT literacy in MS Word, Excel, and Visio. Experienced with MS SharePoint.
