An exciting opportunity has arisen within theNorthumberland Cognitive South Central, Older Adults Community Treatment Team for the role of Community Practitioner. We are looking to recruit a caring and compassionate community clinician with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work as part of our multi-disciplinary team offering assessment and treatment to clients experiencing moderate to severe mental health difficulties. Your responsibilities will include assessment and treatment of clients experiencing mental health difficulties both organic and functional in nature. You will work very closely and collaboratively with with families and other professionals.

Full time and part time hours will be considered.

The role requires an element of autonomous working and leadership skills, and you must be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to the delivery of high quality, safe and effective care and treatment.

It is essential that you have a professional qualification in the field of health and social care and are registered with the relevant professional body.
