365 People are recruiting for an office administrator to join their expanding team. Their head office is based in North West Leicester.

**About the role**:

- Assisting to achieve continuous efficiency and quality improvements within the Leicester office.
- Liaison and co-operative working with all staff and colleagues in the office.
- General company administration support, including receptionist duties.
- Working closely with the engineers - booking jobs, requesting permits etc.
- Diary and calendar organisation.
- Taking telephone messages and monitoring responses to ensure calls are returned promptly.
- Undertake any other duties required by the Company for which you are skilled and able to undertake to ensure the smooth running of the business.

**Skills Required**:

- Demonstrable relevant experience as an administrator.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience of working within a busy office
- Self-motivated individual with desire to not only work within the team but also have ambition to help it grow and develop. Mentoring/supervision of trainee staff to develop their knowledge and skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
