**Job Description**:
We are looking for potential future leaders who are passionate about people, working together, making a difference, and delivering customer value.

This includes an international placement, giving you the opportunity to work with colleagues in other parts of our business and see Rotork from a whole new perspective.

- Take personal ownership and accountability to step forward, make and own decisions relating to business-critical projects.
- Be proactive, in your role, your work and in raising your profile across the business to develop yourself and progress your career.
Throughout the programme you will be fully supported by our Early Careers team, your own mentor and ongoing learning and development from our leaders and technical experts.
With your HR specialism, you could find yourself on rotations relating to Reward, Recruitment, Learning and Development, and Business Partnering as well as other business functions where people focused solutions can help make a real difference. From day one you will be an important member of the team and you will work collaboratively, to build your skills, leadership competencies, and your knowledge of Rotork. By building and maintaining internal relationships with key customers and stakeholders, you will have opportunities to genuinely support Rotork’s growth agenda.
- Have, or be expecting to achieve at least a 2:1 bachelor’s degree.
- Be commercially minded and numerate with a real passion for people and the role HR has in leading people related solutions.
- Have a thirst for learning and the ability to be fully flexible to adapt to new opportunities.
- Be a strong team player, with ability to network and build collaboration.
- Be able to piece together data, shares knowledge and insights, and connect the dots to see the bigger picture whilst thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Be highly proactive and able to take the initiative.
- Take ownership and accountability to problem solve and make decisions.
