**About the Role**
**Main responsibilities and duties**
- Attend internal project meetings to actively contribute insights and updates on project tasks.
- Monitor and follow up on task progress, promptly escalating any issues or delays to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain project management software (JIRA), ensuring accurate and up-to-date task logging. Ensure the digital infrastructure supports efficient project tracking and documentation.
- Facilitate the allocation of tasks and creation of tickets, fostering a streamlined workflow to enhance the efficiency of projects.
- Collaborate with the client experience team, facilitating effective communication and coordination. Ensure client requirements are well-understood and integrated into project plans.
- Conduct initial reviews of tickets, either resolving them or appropriately assigning them to the development team, ensuring a systematic approach to issue resolution, maintaining project momentum.
- Provide non-technical progress updates to the client experience team, ensuring clear communication for client understanding.
- Allocate dates to tickets and verify the team's adherence to agreed timelines.
- Contribute to the creation of comprehensive project reports, summarising key developments and outcomes.
- Participate in client meetings to take note of actionable items and formulate a comprehensive plan to ensure timely and effective implementation of key decisions made during the meeting.

**Essential skills/ qualifications**
- Experience of using JIRA / other project management tools
- Proven experience of coordinating projects, task allocations, and ensuring delivery is timely.
- Ability to organise information and coordinate tasks.
- Proven experience of prioritisation
- Ability to document information quickly, concisely, and accurately.
- Ability to translate technical responses from developers into clear and accessible non-technical language.
