**Retail Sales Support Administrator**

**Overview**

Working as part of the Retail Sales Support Team reporting directly to the General Manager. Sales Support is responsible for supporting the Retail Account Managers ensuring that all admin and orders are executed on time in full, meeting Customer SLA’s whilstmaximising sales and profit growth across various Customers and categories.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Providing administrative support for all Retail Customers
- Execution of all processes linked to sales order processing
- Fulfilment of orders/stock management to ensure that Customer delivery dates are achieved
- Management of mapping of Customer Sku’s to Exertis Sku’s
- Management and execution of customer order amendments & cancellations
- Management and proactivity toward expiring bids
- Management of Customer EDI corrections
- Completing any ad hoc tasks as directed by line manager
- Adhoc Continuous Improvement projects
- Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct.

**Standards of Performance/KPIs**

- Reduction in EDI Corrections
