REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Sales Support Administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background in working in factoring / invoice finance or with experience of dealing with legal documentation.

As a Sales Support Administrator your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Compliance with regulations
- Owner of process from Sales to Take on
- Completing searches and other administrative duties to support team
- Responsibility of raising offer letters, Raising / Checking / Issuing of all Legal documentation, ensuring all pre-commencements are satisfied, registering debentures and all additional security.
- Collation of pre-commencement conditions from Prospect or 3rd Party
- Completing comprehensive company & director searches
- Any other administrative duties to support sales & risk team
- Checking ongoing risk controls are in place & adhered to
- Maintaining of a central diary
- Use of online introducers database
- Maintaining / Allocating new trust accounts
- Maintaining upkeep of legal files / filing cabinet / client green files
- Sales files maintenance and archiving
- Weekly pipeline reporting
- Liaising with Solicitors regarding, Sale Purchase Agreements, Deed of Priority, Property charges etc.
- Assist Compliance manager with Risk control internal audit sampling
- Assist with other tasks within the operations team (i.e. Credit Control/verification etc.)
- Any other task deemed required by the business.
- Support with event coordinator as required for any Sales entertainment or marketing events
