As a Part-Time Bookkeeper with Xero expertise at Mint you will be an integral part of our financial team. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of financial tasks:
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage financial records using your knowledge of Xero.

Handle accounts payable and receivable.

Ensure the accuracy of financial data through bank statement reconciliation.

Generate and process invoices within Xero.

Manage expense reports and receipts effectively.

Assist in payroll processing.

Prepare clear and insightful financial reports for management.

Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper with advanced knowledge of Xero accounting software.

A strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Schedule:
This part-time position is tailored to accommodate both parties. 20 hours per week allowing you to balance work and family life seamlessly. We are committed to providing the flexibility you need while contributing to our financial success. Office bassed with the opetion to work from home at times.

**Experience**:
