**Estimator**- **Torquay**
A local construction company are looking for an estimator to join their team on a permanent basis. This well-established company’s portfolio includes planned and reactive maintenance to a variety of sectors including commercial and education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pricing small jobs
- Bills of quantities
- Compiling packages
- Organise and attend site visits
- Review and evaluate all project costs

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of estimating in construction
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal English.
- Highly numerate, uses initiative and solves problems independently
- A high level of IT skills
- UK driving licence
- Quantity Surveying experience advantageous
