We are seeking an experianced, friendly, personable, customer focused Business Centre Receptionist to join our expanding team based in Sunderland City Centre. We are a North East based family run business providing serviced office space with customer service at our core.

You will be the visitors first port of call, providing a friendly welcome and farewell to our guests as well as answering any questions our clients or guests may have.

**Job Duties**:

- Taking and directing calls.
- Completing administrative tasks.
- Organising, and maintaining the reception area
- Keeping basic supplies ie; cleaning products/vending machines stocked.
- Ordering supplies.
- Signing in visitors and directing/contacting the person they are visiting.
- Setting up meeting facilities.
- Arranging catering for meetings and events.
- Greeting visitors to the facility warmly and offering them help immediately.
- Providing customer support.
- Answering questions about products or services offered at the business centre.
- Interacting with other departments such as Information Technology (IT) when someone needs more technical assistance.
- Scheduling appointments and meeting rooms for clients in the reception diary.
- Maintaining front door security and reporting any suspicious activity.
- Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Liaising with clients in person and by telephone in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm’s standards for client care
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
- Contribute to maintaining and improving office procedures
- General admin duties required by the company.
- Flexibility to cover reception other centre's should it be required.
- Flexibility to work late and/or weekends for adhoc meetings/events.

**About You**:
Personality is Key for this role.
Experience within Customer Service.
Experience as a Receptionist is essential.
Experience using computers + Microsoft Office 365 would be advantageous.

**Salary**: £19,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- 25% (required)
