**About Our Client**:
As our clients business continues to grow, they are looking to expand their Customer Services team. As a Customer Services Co-ordinator, your main responsibility will be to oversee the seamless operations of the day-to-day processes concerning their valued customers. You should possess outstanding communication and attentive listening skills, and have the capacity to handle various inquiries, including challenging situations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Accurately processing all customer purchase orders upon receipt and within the same day.
- Timely processing of daily EDI orders and ensuring prompt action on all standing orders.
- Ensuring timely handling of both outgoing and incoming calls.
- Coordinating product and equipment collections as requested.
- Taking necessary action on the daily shortage report for customers.
- Communicating with hospitals to provide updates on out-of-stock products, restrictions, or any delivery delays.
- Assigning appropriate reason codes to undelivered products that are past their due date.
- Logging issues promptly.
- Collaborating with Field Service Engineers to create service orders and maintain relevant systems and documentation.
- Attending relevant training sessions, which may include product training, systems training, and quality assurance topics.
- Providing customers with Certificate of Analysis and Certificate of Conformance upon request.
- Informing customers about Bank Holiday arrangements, changes to orders, and delivery dates.

**The Successful Applicant**:
Qualifications:

- Essential customer service experience, either in phone-based or face-to-face roles.
- Strong administration skills to ensure precise registration and deactivation information for new patients.
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to handle various aspects of queries, including challenging and sensitive situations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy towards patients, their families, and carers, with a genuine understanding of their needs.
- Interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- GCSE qualifications in both Mathematics and English, achieving a grade C or above (or equivalent), or possession of a Customer Service NVQ.
