**Reed Accountancy and Finance** are proud to be working with a family run manufacturing company serving a wider global community who are looking for an experienced, analytical **Head of Finance**who will be responsible for accounting, budgeting, planning, system implementation and much more. The position offers a hybrid working pattern and is based on full time hours. This would be a permanent position and comes witha wealth of company benefits as well as a competitive salary package, depending on experience.

**Head of Finance** duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Develop a collaborative performance-orientated team
- Line management of four within the finance team
- Overseeing the team and supporting them in managing the day to day, monthly and annual finance functions such as monthly financial package, annual audit, budget, forecasting and compliance.
- Analytically present the monthly and annual results and budgets to the senior teams, globally.
- Enhance KPIs including sales, profitability and cash flow
- Reporting into the MD and CFO
- Complete a review and make relevant business recommendations.
- Orchestrate and implement a new ERP system

**Experience sought: **
- Fully qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA or qualified by experience
- 10+ years of experience, 5+ years in a Financial Controller position desirable
- Budgeting and planning experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience working within a growing manufacturing or SME company desirable.
- ERP systems / IT implementation experience desirable
