Job Overview
The role of a Transaction Manager at Octane Recruitment involves working closely with Sales Executives and Sales Managers to identify the right finance package for customers. With a strong understanding of F&I knowledge, you will be responsible for selling finance, insurance products, and additional services within the constraints of FCA regulations and company guidelines.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, benefits include 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, a company car, life assurance, pension scheme, wellbeing support, and employee discounts for servicing and popular retailers.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Retail, Transaction or Business Manager position, although this is not essential. At minimum, they must have experience as a Senior Sales Executive or four years of experience as a Sales Executive, with a proven track record of leading and managing other Sales Executives. They must also have experience with stacking finance deals and hold a full UK driving license.
