Accounts Administrator

Mode Lighting Limited is a UK manufacturer of architectural, commercial and energy saving lighting control solutions. We are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our finance team based in Ware, Hertfordshire. This is a part-time permanent position, working 5 days per week (Mondays to Fridays) and offering circa 30 hours per week. Typical duties will include:
- Receiving and processing purchase invoices and statements from suppliers
- Preparation and reconciliation of monthly bought ledger reports
- Raising of electronic system payments or cheques and remittances to suppliers
- Creditor control
- Bank reconciliations
- Answering the telephone and transferring calls as necessary
- General office duties as required
- Attention to detail and methodical approach
- Confident telephone manner
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Competent at using Microsoft Office Package
- Epicor system experience an advantage but not essential
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour
