About the Opportunity:
Opportunity to join an expanding multi-disciplined team, off site based position developing and executing projects and task associated with the Jacobs Field Solutions Portfolio on the Sellafield Site in Cumbria.

Some of Your Duties Include:

- Running the reception desk
- Answering calls
- Attending meetings and taking notes
- Escorting visitors
- Controlling stationery stock
- Controlling meeting room requests
- Arranging client meetings when requested
- Supporting the Operations team

Here’s What You’ll Need:

- P4 pass holder Preferred.
- Knowledge of office-based duties.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Excel based database.
- Experience with people interface
