LH Evans is looking for a delivery driver to join a long-established family run business based around the Haverfordwest area. This role is focused on providing and delivering service excellence and adding value to our customers, all day every day.

As a result, even after 60 years of trading, this company remains Wales’ largest independent electrical wholesaler in Wales. We have worldwide sourcing capabilities combined with vast stock holdings; enabling us to always find exactly what our customers are looking for.

**What you will do**:

- Light warehouse activity including loading and unloading of shipments
- Receiving goods and accurately entering them onto the computer system
- Correctly allocating customer orders and storing received goods
- Replenishing, picking, loading, and despatching goods to meet deadlines
- General housekeeping duties to ensure the warehouse is kept tidy and easily accessible
- Cash handling
- Customer service
- Any other duties as required

**Person specification**:

- Full UK or EU Driving License (no more than 6 points and no endorsements)
- Knowledge of surrounding area is desirable (our routes can take you anywhere in Pembrokeshire/Ceredigion area)
- Good organisation skills and the ability to work towards deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively, providing excellent customer service. A good telephone manner is needed as you will be dealing with customers, suppliers and staff on a regular basis
- A team player
- Pays good attention to detail
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work with little supervision

**Salary and hours**:

- Commensurate with experience
- 8am to 5pm - Monday to Friday
- 25 holidays a year + bank holidays
