Corporate Sales Development Manager

Our client, an outsourced payroll solutions Provider seek a Corporate Sales Development Manager, you will be focused on promoting the portfolio of products and services to prospects that have been identified has having a potential requirement for our solutions.
Reporting into the Head of Sales, key stakeholders will include Head of Business Development, Head of Sales, Product & Strategy and Marketing where you will drive growth in the acquisition of larger clients.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Visiting prospects and potential clients to promote the portfolio of solutions.
- Generate ARR and One-Time revenue through the sale of the portfolio of products (to new logo clients) in line with business objectives and the quarterly quota issued.
- Develop an extensive understanding of the complete product range and be fully conversant in demonstrating and promoting these across the business.
- Being a true ambassador of the business internally and externally and leading the way in adopting the sales methodology.
- Maximising the conversion of revenue to sales in line with our business objectives through ensuring detailed handovers and managing client expectations effectively through to the implementation team.
- Effectively communicating with the wider sales management team to provide accurate revenue forecasts and market intelligence, preparing monthly sales activities that will positively impact the revenue.
- Working with senior leaders to define key wins and support the sales governance processes.
- Proving timely and accurate business reporting including metrics, scorecard, risk analysis.
- Degree Educated, and/or extensive sales experience.
- Good understanding of the full sales cycle and knowledge of sales methodologies and factfinding techniques.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll & HR sector, and the competitors in the SMB space.
- In depth knowledge of enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing software including CRM (e.g. Salesforce or Sugar).
- High level understanding of API integration options.
- Demonstrable success in (over)achieving revenue targets.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in an articulate, passionate and motivational way.
- Self-motivated, able to inspire and energise yourself to perform.
