**Essential Duties & Responsibilities by Dimensions**:
**Shareholder & Financial**:

- Assists in implementing strategies to position the Group’s treasury as a major player in the corporate treasury segment.
- Assists in the achievement of set targets/ objectives, business growth and expansion for the Corporate Sales Unit.
- Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent

**Customer (Internal & External)**:

- Assists in building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with all other related units to achieve the Corporate Treasury Sales Unit goals/objectives.
- Provides timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors, the Compliance function and Group Risk as and when required.
- Assists in maintaining relationships with corporate clients.

**B. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory)**:

- Performs activities to assist in the achievement of the Corporate Sales and Marketing Strategy and to meet the corporate sales budget. This includes sales calls and visits, the identification of new potential customers, and maintaining and updating thedatabase for treasury customers,
- Works with the Client and our client’s Account Operations team to collect the required customer account documentation to open/maintain the account, with vigilance towards local Central Bank/Regulator and the Banks KYC/AML requirements. Maintain activitiesin accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/ units to achieve improvements in turn-around time.
- Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors and the Compliance function as and when required.

**C.Learning & Knowledge**:

- Identifies related areas for professional development of self and others.
- Relevant experience in KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) directives/ rules and regulations and best practices.

**D. Legal, Regulatory and Risk Framework Responsibilities**:

- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements including, but not limited to, the client’sCountry Compliance manual; Group Compliance Policies and Procedures (Anti Money Laundering & Counter Terrorist Financing, SanctionsPolicy, Data Protection Policy, Fraud Control Policy, Whistle Blowing Policy, Conflict of Interest and Insider Dealing Policy).

**E. Other**:

- Ensuring high standards of data protection and confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information.- Supports the Senior Dealer Corporate Sales in preparing various sales reports and updates for senior management.
- All other ad hoc duties and/or activities related to our client that management may request of the employee from time to time

**Education/Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration (Related).
- 6 years Treasury Sales experience, preferably with Corporate Treasury Sales

**Required Special Skills**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, presentation skills, and proficient in MS word
- Good knowledge of a wide range of treasury products.
- A strong customer service orientation with exceptional knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Proven marketing and sales skills.
- Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations and practices.
- Undoubted ethical awareness and conscious of risks being undertaken.
