We are currently recruiting people to join the team in Aylesford.

**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Day to day management and planning of the vehicle maintenance function, ensuring standards and targets are met.
- Maintain and update all matters pertaining to the Smart analysis database.
- Maintain and update all matters pertaining to the fuel manager database.
- To keep records of work carried out as required using appropriate logbooks.
- Health & Safety and Legal obligations - adherence to Company policies and procedures & ensure group H&S policy is implemented and adhered to.
- Assist drivers with temperature issues.
- Provide administrative and office duties for the fleet department, in all compliance issues.
- Update and maintain an effective filling system for all tachograph records.
- Monitor Verizon system and act upon any warnings sent.
- Report any health and safety hazards, defects or damage discovered during the normal working day
- Compliance with current Transport Legislation
- Collate required data for the Transcan KPI
- Provide additional ad hoc administrative support when required
- Ordering and managing of compliance supplies

**Knowledge, Skills, Experience**
- Experience working in a reactive maintenance environment
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation (including COSHH regulations and manual handling procedures) in relation to maintenance.
- MS Office - minimum of intermediate Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks appropriately.
- Proactive approach.
- Driving licence - desirable.
