Due to internal promotion within our business we require an energetic, organised and customer focussed individual to join our successful Yeovil team.

You may not have all the bespoke systems experience of a seasoned Customer Advisor, but you will have a natural ability to talk to people, demonstrating empathy and understanding as this will drive you to deliver the excellence in care that our customers deserve. You will thrive on developing & maintaining positive long-term relationships with customers and colleagues alike, becoming a key member of our supportive team.

Your communication skills will enable you to engage with those around you and work effectively and efficiently towards our shared goals of our customer care KPI, departmental profit and team wellbeing.

You may have a retail, customer facing background that has given you valuable experience in readiness for the next step in your career, or you may have experience in this type of role & ready for a change that will offer a stable environment with progression opportunities.

You will demonstrate an urgency and appetite for learning and developing & we will support you with this, both in house and with full Stellantis Manufacturer training for both our brands and industry recognised qualifications which will be the building blocks of your career within our exciting industry.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
