**Location: Yeovil**

**Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 OTE (uncapped)**

**Hours: 42 hours per week**

**Schedule: 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota**

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and great at customer service? Join our team at a leading main dealership in Yeovil as a Service Advisor

Our client is looking for an experienced service advisor to join their team in Yeovil, the key to their success lies in their foundations - their people and customers.

You will be providing a professional Service to customers whilst their vehicle is at the dealership, you will be required to track the process through the workshop, Liaising with the aftersales team within with workshop and parts department, you will be providing customer with additional work exceptional administrative support to the aftersales team by assisting with file auditing, booking service, preparing orders, invoicing and registering new cars.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule service appointments and provide accurate information.
- Maintain effective communication with the workshop team.
- Upsell additional services and products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience as a service advisor within the motor trade.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of automotive services is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- Yeovil: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Automotive service advisor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
