Sales Administrator

**Sales Administrator**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Answering inbound calls for queries on orders, deliveries etc
- Checking through orders to spot any possible queries such as products or colour differences
- Identifying cost prices from different accounts to ensure all orders are completely accurate during input

You will be required to be cross trained into other areas specifically Customer Relations to provide additional support in busier periods.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Strong IT skills which include use of Microsoft Access, Excel and Word
- Attention to detail for accuracy
- Working to deadlines
- Ability to adapt to timescales when necessary

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Previous use of Opera
- Previous use of Sales inputting systems

**Hours of Work**:

- Monday to Friday o 08.45hrs to 16.45hrs (30-minute unpaid break)
