**Job title: Construction Site Administrator**

**Salary: £23,000 - 30,000 Plus Travel expense, Pension and Holiday pay**

**Location: Several Locations in Zone 1 London**

**Package**:23 days holiday plus bank holidays, enrolled onto pension scheme, travel expenses/card

O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a Site Administrator based around London Zone 1.

As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the administration and business processes on construction projects. This can include

Inputting waste notes/import tickets onto SMARTWASTE, delivery and invoice matching on COINs, dealing with timesheets, filing, printing documents, laminating, photocopying/scanning documents, uploading all site paperwork, covering for other site administrators, assisting site team with helping produce documents, dealing with disconnections on site water/electric/gas, reporting on meter readings, meeting and greeting clients, maintaining drawings, document control if required (Aconex, Asite etc.)
- Prior experience as an administrator.
- Strong personality, confident, good communication skills, good organisational skills, strong administration skills (use of Microsoft Word, Excel etc), able to manage own workload, good timekeeping
- Prior experience working within the Construction Industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
